Essen, 4 March 2009 – Fully automatic keg system for smartDRAFT delivered
The Malek Brautech GmbH delivered a fully automatic keg system to the BGI group at the end of February. The machines can handle normal as well as smartDRAFT kegs. Only some minor changes, which can be carried out within a few minutes, are necessary. The system consists of an external cleaner of type MB 1-2, a cleaning and filling machine of type Variomaster, a CO2 filling device, a scale and reservoirs. The keg system is designed for a capacity of 120 50 litre kegs or 200 smartDRAFT kegs per hour.
Essen, 7 January 2008 – Aseptic keg technology
Malek Brautech has installed the first aseptic keg line in May 2007 at the Thurella Produktion AG in Eglisau, Switzerland. All testings by the independent labour Veritas were passed for the contentedness of both parties. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Essen, 11 February 2007 – New filling head
Right on time at the start of the new year, we are proud to present a new generation of filling heads. These new heads are notable for a further minimization of beer spray and a hygienic design which facilitates the bottling of biologically sensitive products. Essen, 9 February 2007 – New look for Malek Brautech
As a number of customers have probably already noticed, we have adopted a new logo since the new year, and, consequently, are now also presenting a new website. As the driving force in keg technology, we are not resting on our laurels, but constantly looking to the future in order to further optimize our products and services.
