VARIO RF
The cleaning and filling machines of type VARIO RF function with a sleeve mechanism and are designed for a throughput of up to 1200 kegs/h. Separation of the cleaning and filling processes ensures maximum safety in filling, as defective kegs are removed before the filling stage. With the use of state of the art components, the VARIO RF guarantees maximum product safety and efficient use of cleaning agents. This type, like our other machines, is notable for its good accessibility and low maintenance requirement.
VARIOMASTER
The cleaning and filling machine of type VARIOMASTER is a linear, modular machine for keg treatment. Available in single or double line versions, it covers the throughput range from 40 to 500 kegs/h. This machine type is characterized by its robust construction, good accessibility and low maintenance requirement. With its state of the art components, the VARIOMASTER provides for a high level of biological safety and efficient use of cleaning agents. Here too, the system can easily be extended by adding further modular lines operated in parallel to cope with growing throughput demand.
KEG-SET
The fully automatic cleaning and filling machine of type KEG-SET covers the throughput range up to 35 kegs/h. Equipped with three stations and two heads, this system provides for safe and secure cleaning, sterilization and filling of kegs. Two integrated tanks for lye and mixing water and a complete internal piping system ensure commissioning is simple and the space required kept to a minimum.
TWIN III
The cleaning and filling machine of type TWIN III is a semi-automatic compact system for keg treatment, combining the latest technology and ease of operation in a low-cost system for a throughput of up to 35 kegs/h. It is equipped with an integrated cleaning agent tank and pre-installed pipework, providing for easy commissioning. On request, we will also be pleased to supply the matching feed and discharge conveyors.
TWIN 2000
The TWIN 2000 universal cleaning machine is a semi-automatic compact system with a cleaning head and integrated cleaning agent tank. It is designed for a throughput of up to 30 kegs/h. With an add-on unit, up to 200 unlabelled bottles per hour can also be cleaned. Our tried and tested cleaning technology is used in this machine in order to ensure reliable cleaning. For simple and safe filling, we recommend our tap head filler with which up to 20 kegs/h can be filled.
VOR
The VOR system is available both as a pre-cleaning machine and a residual beer removal machine for systems with a throughput of 500 kegs/h and more. The machine is based on the same sleeve mechanism as our cleaning and filling systems in the VARIO RF series, and thus fulfils the highest requirements for internal keg cleaning. As a residual beer remover, this system provides a facility to collect the beer remaining in the kegs and obtain a refund of the beer tax paid. The recovered beer can then be sold as organic fertilizer, resulting in maximum exploitation of the product.
