Malek Brautech GmbH was founded in 1992 and since then has been intensively committed to developments and improvements in the field of keg cleaning and filling. Our expertise is based on over 40 years of experience which Herbert Malek contributed to the foundation of the company in the form of all rights and know-how from the Weigel and Neubecker companies, where he was responsible for the engineering and development of keg systems. We now hold several patents in the field of keg treatment, details of which are presented under the “Patents” menu option.

All machines and systems are manufactured in our own production facility in Essen, and are exported from there throughout the world.

1992 – Foundation of Malek Brautech GmbH
1994 – Patenting of our condensate monitoring system
2000 – First delivery of the selective turner type Robo
2001 – Market launch of our Variant system for 5 gallon water bottles
2002 – Market launch of the VOR machine system
2005 – Development of the Variant system for cleaning and filling of 25 kg carboys
2006 – First delivery of our fully CIP-capable party can filler FDF
2007 – First aseptic keg line
2009 – Market launch of a combined line for keg and SmartDRAFT
