KEG-ROBO

The turner of type KEG-ROBO is available with a keg neck sensor as a selective turner for empties, and for gentle turning of full kegs. This robust high performance machine is designed for a throughput of up to 750 kegs/h or 1200 kegs/h in twin operation. The latest technology and a robust, low maintenance design allow kegs up to a size of 100 l to be processed.

Full keg turner

The full keg turner is capable of turning kegs of between 5 and 50 litres capacity without refitting, with a throughput of up to 500 kegs/h in stand-alone operation. It is supplied as a complete unit including conveyor and guard fence, thus facilitating retrofitting in existing plant. The technology has proven robust with a low maintenance requirement, with many units in service.

Multi-level turner

The multi-level turner is used to turn kegs where the conveyor systems are at different heights. As with all our products, this machine is notable for its reliability and the reduced maintenance work this entails. The fitted guards prevent operators from reaching into the hazardous area. As an option, we also supply the turner as a clamp turner to avoid jarring of the riser tubes as the kegs slip into place.
